Hi Paul, 

I want to take the opportunity to thank you for a great course and experience. It was enjoyable, useful and inclusive. I felt comfortable and at ease, and have memories that will make for great pub stories, I'm sure! The simulation was quite an experience and I did get quite stressed, but I also realise that with no first aid exposure before, it was never going to be perfect!

I hope our paths cross again :)

Extremely useful: what I really liked is that after the theory, we were put in many situations where we had to use our recently acquired knowledge. It rarely is the case in first aid training and it was a great added value. I feel I learned much more this way than in any other first aid trainings I've participated in before.

I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed first aid training more than I did under your guidance, somehow you made it fun while at the same time superb, and you were always willing to add that little bit more, in and out of scenario. So when these university students start their riots from being confined to quarters, I’ll be there to stop the catastrophic bleeds, pick up limbs and generally get in the way!

I just wanted to say a BIG thank you for a fantastic week of training. I honestly feel that I have learnt so much from yourself and the team – and certain skills which I will hopefully never need to use, but which I feel much better prepared for knowing all the same.

I’ll certainly be reaching out for some last minute advice if I do find myself being deployed!
